On-Site Coordinators
ETSI programs include an On-Site Coordinator who oversees the daily details of the scheduled activities and events. This enables the teacher traveling with the group to focus on the students’ experience.
Teacher Planning Guide
You will receive a teacher planning guide that will give you the tools you need to lead a successful tour. It includes information on getting started, ideas for recruiting students, how to host a parent meeting, tips for preparing for travel and more.
Fundraising Guide
Your group will have access to our fundraising guide. In it you will find great ideas to raise money for the trip, helpful tools to help devise a strategy and track your results.
Evening Security
Your rest is important on these tours. To increase safety during travel, all domestic programs include licensed nighttime security in each hotel hallway every night.
Registration and Payments
We give parents options. Registration and payments are easy through our secure website. Families can also choose to register and make payments by mail.
Teachers Travel Free!
Our customized student programs offer one free chaperone for each 10 paying participants unless otherwise requested.
